How many days does it take to ship a product?

All the garments are made to order and it can take anywhere between 5 - 12 working days to ship the product. 

Do you ship items globally?

Yes, we ship items globally.  To shop internationally check out our international website www.shopcallingjune.com

Is there express delivery?

All items are shipped via express delivery.

Do you offer customization? And is it chargeable?

Yes, we offer customization. Please mention your request in additional information while placing an order or drop us a text on +919711182977 and we will be in touch with you. Customization may or may not be chargeable depending upon the type of change in the garment.

Is there a Return/Exchange or Refund for a Product?

Please be referred to our Refund Policy.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

We offer COD only in India. For every COD order, we confirm the order with an advance deposit.

Can sale items/ custom items be exchanged?

No, all sale and custom items are final sale and will not be exchanged. However, in case of alteration we are happy to help.
