Shipping Origins
All international orders are shipped from our warehouse in India.
Shipping Partners
We ship internationally using trusted global courier partners, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
Courier selection is based on destination, serviceability, and delivery efficiency.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 4–5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in India.
During peak periods, sales, or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery timelines begin once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Standard Shipping: Up to 10 business days
Express Shipping: Up to 5 business days

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
Duties, Taxes & Customs (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid)
All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.
All customs duties, import taxes, VAT (including UK VAT and EU VAT), and local customs charges are fully covered by Calling June.
You will not be required to pay any additional duties or taxes upon delivery.
Split Shipments
At this time, we ship all items in your order together in a single shipment. Partial or split shipments are not offered.
Address Changes & Order Modifications
If you need to update your delivery address or make changes to your order, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of placing your order.
Once your order has entered processing or has been dispatched, we may not be able to accommodate changes.
Delivery Issues & Responsibilities
Lost Packages
In the rare event that a shipment is lost in transit, Calling June will take full responsibility and coordinate directly with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
Delayed Shipments
Calling June is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs authorities, or unforeseen circumstances. We will, however, assist in tracking and coordinating your shipment.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Calling June is not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Refused Deliveries
If a delivery is refused by the recipient, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping, return, or handling charges incurred.
Sale Items – Final Sale
All sale items are final sale.
No returns, exchanges, or store credits are permitted on discounted or promotional items unless specified otherwise.
