Calling June US Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Calling June purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returns
- Full-price items may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
- Items returned after 15 days will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges on eligible full-price items within 21 days of delivery, subject to availability.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in their original packaging
- Be free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, pet hair, or other signs of wear
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Sale and markdown items
• Accessories
• Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@callingjune.com and we'll make it right.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
