Calling June US Shipping Policy
Shipping Rates
- We offer complimentary standard shipping on all US orders over $150.
- For orders under $150, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or US holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During collection launches, promotions, and holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.
Shipping Address Changes
If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact us at hello@callingjune.com as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Calling June is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at hello@callingjune.com and we will work with the carrier to assist in locating your shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are unable to offer refunds for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
